Labels on the cards in the family tree
The family tree of a dossier shows each document as a card. You now choose which labels appear on those cards, for example the signing date, the counterparty or the amount. That way you see at a glance which addendum is which, without opening each document.
Go to Settings → Objects → Contracts.
Open the Configuration tab.
Add the labels you want to see on the cards in the family tree.
Advanced filter group
In a view, you can now combine filters in an advanced filter group. Within the group, all filters use the same operator:
And: a row is shown only when all filters match.
Or: a row is shown when at least one filter matches.
Add an existing filter to the group with the three dots next to the filter. For now, a view has one advanced filter group, with one operator.
Table, calendar and board for actions
Views on actions now have the same layouts as views on contracts: Table, Calendar and Board. For example, put all deadlines in a calendar, or spread actions over columns in a board. Views on contracts can now also be shown as a List.
Smaller improvements
When you rename a folder, the name can no longer end with a space. SharePoint doesn't allow this.
The Home and Actions pages no longer show a double scroll bar when there are many actions.
A view that ended up in an invalid state, for example because of too many filters, can be recovered again.
When you click Open on a card in a calendar or board, the matching label card is highlighted.
