0.52 - Dossiers & snippets in views

Written by Ruben van Gaalen

Dossiers

You can now set up Dossiers. This lets you add a document as a sub-agreement or amendment, and indicate whether terms are changed or not. These documents end up in the tree diagram, where the relationship is clear at a glance. You can also add documents as a related document. These documents can be linked to multiple dossiers, which is useful for example for General terms and conditions or a Framework agreement.

Dossier options

  • Sub-agreement and amendments

    • Yes/no option for whether terms in an earlier agreement are changed. For now, we only keep track of the setting. In the future, it will be possible to overwrite label values.

  • Related documents

Always add a document to the main agreement of the dossier.

Snippets in views and folders

In Views and the document Folders, you can now see the Snippets of a label right away. Hover over a cell value with a dot (which means a Snippet is present), and the Label appears with the Snippet. From there, you can enlarge the Snippet, go to the document, or open the document's Infobar.
