Actions
We have a big update for tasks! They are now actions.
Are there actions that need to be done? For example indexing, providing a security, or review moments with clients? You can now easily secure them in Lynk.
On a label or document, you can create actions and set a person responsible, with a deadline, recurrence and reminders. Add them directly on an AI suggestion, on an existing label, or in the new actions tab.
You find the actions you created with the document, on the actions page, and the actions you are responsible for on home.
You can create actions in the following ways:
With AI suggestions and Missing labels, directly on the label card
On existing labels, when you hover over the card, at the top right under the check
Through the Actions tab
Action reminders by email
The new actions also come with more extensive reminder notifications. They can now be traced back to specific actions, in addition to the date notifications that were already there.
Updated styling
We are making everything even clearer and easier to use. Step by step, we are moving the platform to our new styling.
