Amendments in dossiers
Sub-agreements can now make changes in a dossier. Overwrite a label or add a new label to the main agreement. When a label has been changed, you also see its history and snippets in the label.
In short:
Make a document a sub-agreement.
The Labels screen gets a new accordion, "previous labels from dossier". Expand it to select a label to change right away. You can also create a new label and click "change dossier".
Select a label from the main agreement to change.
The new value is now also visible in the main agreement.
Select the dossier relationship and link to the main agreement from the header.
For sub-agreements, you can select previous labels in the dossier to change
In a label you are editing, you set the change
View the history of a label in the label card
Table design
We also gave the table a big visual and functional update. We are finally happy with it.
The different display modes are especially worth mentioning. You find them under the three dots, and they change the layout of the table:
Compact: All rows are one line high. Useful for a good overview of a large number of contracts. Hover over the content to quickly see the underlying label and snippet.
Standard: The same as compact, except that multiple label values are placed below each other. For example, multiple parties are listed below each other, which makes them easier to read.
Expanded: All content of the table cells becomes visible. This is useful, for example, when you want to make a worksheet to compare all indexations or securities directly.
Compact view, for an overview of a lot of data. Hover over shortened values to see the content.
Expanded view, to compare the data directly
We have one more big update coming, and then we will officially complete version 1.0 of Lynk! Imagine what comes after that.
