0.69 - Lynk assistant & home

Written by Ruben van Gaalen

This release brings a new home screen with the Lynk assistant in beta and the first version of objects. With this, we start a completely new phase for Lynk: agentic, better insight for project team members, and scalability.

Assistant

Lynk is now fully agentic behind the scenes. Think of it as your digital colleague with a perfect memory and knowledge of all your contracts. It understands dossiers and amendments, and knows all projects, parties and actions. Search for or ask anything you can think of, and share new documents in Word, Excel, PDF or images. Generate an Excel file as output.

  • Make a payment schedule overview for project ABC.

  • Have the back-to-back agreements from the LOI (including addenda) been carried over correctly into this purchase agreement?

  • Make a rent roll for Object Y.

  • I received this letter of objection. What is our position under the contract?

  • We are delivering phase B of Project Z. Make an overview of the invoices per apartment and any particulars.

The Lynk assistant is still in beta. Although we have tested a lot, we are very curious about your feedback. Feel free to share your experience through the feedback button.

Objects

To give the environment a better structure across all contracts, we are introducing Objects. Objects are the main elements of your portfolio, such as Projects, Parties and Companies. By putting these at the center, Lynk gets a deeper and more useful perspective that goes beyond the level of a single document or overview.

Each object will soon get its own homepage, and can later be enriched with specific labels (such as a Chamber of Commerce number for a party, or address details for a project). From now on, objects are also recognized right away when documents are summarized, and they keep working as a select label.

Adding new options to an object, such as a new party, works the same as for labels, only now on the object page. You can still add an option when you set a new label.
