0.72 - Automatic document registration

Documents are registered automatically

Lynk now processes new documents with an AI agent. After the upload, the agent reads the document, suggests the labels and relationships and writes a summary. Everything the agent suggests is purple, so you can see what you still need to review.

  • In the registration chat of the document, you see what the agent did. You can also ask questions there, or ask the agent to change something.

  • Since 0.72.1, the agent also suggests actions, for example an indexation or providing a security.

  • Did something go wrong, or do you want to start over? Choose Restart registration in the menu of the info bar or the inbox.

  • Contracts are now objects in Lynk, just like projects and parties. This lets them have relationships with other objects.

Sorting labels by their order in the document

Since 0.72.4, you can sort the labels in the info bar in the order they appear in the document. Missing labels are always at the top, and suggested and not-applicable labels now follow the same sorting as the other labels. The header of the info bar is more compact, so there is more room for your labels.
