Suggesting new objects
When a document names a party or project that isn't in Lynk yet, the AI now suggests a new object during the registration and links it to the document. Before, that relationship stayed empty and you had to create the object by hand first.
Suggested objects are purple, just like other AI suggestions.
In the registration chat, a list of objects to review sits above the input field, grouped by object type. Accept, reject or edit an object.
If you reject an object, the links to it are removed too.
Marking a label value as a sample
Does the AI keep reading a label wrong? Mark a correct value as a sample.
Click the three dots on a confirmed label value and choose Mark as sample.
The sample becomes part of that label's instruction, so the AI does better on the next documents. The instruction improves itself based on your samples.
This works in the info bar and in the hover card in a table. Only admins can mark samples.
The AI suggests samples itself
When the AI notices during the registration that a label's instruction falls short, it suggests a sample itself, with a short explanation. You see it in the registration chat under Knowledge update. If you accept it, it becomes a sample for that label.
