Open the document.
Hover over a label and click the pencil icon to edit it.
Change the value, for example to the format you prefer, and click Save.
Click the ... menu of the label and select Mark as sample.
Callout: The next time a document of the same type is processed, the AI uses your sample to give its output in the same format.
