The AI agent automatically extracts future contractual obligations from your contracts as actions. In the action settings you can narrow this down.
In the top left corner, click on your name.
Click Settings.
A new sidebar appears to the left, click on Actions.
Under Suggested actions, describe which kinds of actions the AI should (or should not) suggest.
Click Save.
Under Displayed values, choose which values are shown on actions. Drag to reorder and use the eye icon to show or hide a value.
Callout: The default extraction already works well. We recommend scanning a few contracts first, checking the results and only then adding a prompt for things you don't want to see.
